| I'd like to start with a big thankyou to TR for a very pleasant weekend at shearwater, we had a number of carp between Me TR and Aarron, oh! and caught a few of the ever present snotties, mustn't forget them lol, the weather wasn't bad except for some heavy showers Saturday, and I must appologise for nearly killing TR when I decided that the swims I picked to start with Friday weren't good and I decided the best thing to do was move. Matt, a mate came over for a day session Friday and moved with us, it was a better position but hell, it nearly finished me and TR off, knackered was an understatement. Friday came and went with Matt leaving at 9pm, he enjoyed it and had a few carp, tench and bream to round off the day. At the end of the session we descussed all the events of the weekend, (including some very windy sessions from TR's rear end). I myself had a brilliant weekend, and look forward to the next one, thanks TR i enjoyed it mate. Oh by the way, watch the youngun, he catches too many fish for my liking. Here's a few pics of the trip. Tr's first, he was well pleased as no one can call him the blanker wizard anymore. Young Aarron with one on, and whats going through TR's mind?? watch me head? not sure lol. In the net. Well done Aarron. TR with another one on, but he lost this one. TR with another one on. Phew!! in the net. Now where's that hook? hell!! wish i'd put put me glasses on. Here's one angler that didn't miss much. | |

| I can only reiterate what PL has said, yes a fantastic weekend. Only downside was that Aaron, my Grandson, slept too well and didn't hear his alarms during the night, consequently I didn't get too much sleep. Now about this business of passing wind (farting), PL won the medal hands down .I did get a few lessons on how to catch Bream, not that I was very interested PL I would fish with you again, great company and thanks. I took this, you didn't know....lol Matt has passed out due to your bum letting rip and you're looking all inocent, pretending to do something with a rig | |

| Yeah yeah, i really can't remember letting off any gas let alone a noisy one, what i can remember is you appologising to anyone in earshot for the blast, no, two blasts that come from you rear apperture. Who cares, a good f.rt does you good, excercises the muscles lol. Was a brill weekend mate, and i'm sure we'll have another soon. | |

| Well I can only ditto all above, sounds like a great time had by all and TR finally remembers what a carp looks like ....about time you caught a few. Great to see the younger generation doing so well in the sport too and it looks like Aaron had to show his 'old' grandad how it's done | |
