| If you were fishing one day, and saw a rather large carp floating on the top of the water dead, would you be concerned enough to tell the owner?? or ignore it? leaving it to someone else to report? | |

| good for you paul, most people would ignore it, you never know what could cause its death, so reporting it has to be a must.. | |

| Tell the owner everytime ...had this situation a few weeks back with a fish about 15lb ....not only does the owner need to know but it puts anyone thats new to the venue of too.. | |
