If you were fishing one day, and saw a rather large carp floating on the top of the water dead, would you be concerned enough to tell the owner?? or ignore it? leaving it to someone else to report?

good for you paul, most people would ignore it, you never know what could cause its death, so reporting it has to be a must..

Tell the owner everytime ...had this situation a few weeks back with a fish about 15lb ....not only does the owner need to know but it puts anyone thats new to the venue of too..

Certainly tell the owner and bailiffs immediately, and keep your eyes peeled for anymore.
